Frederick WAELDE Dentist was born on 13 Sep 1884 in Meadville, Crawford,
PA. He died on 3 Aug 1957 in Meadville, Crawford, PA. He was buried in St.
Brigid's, Meadville, Crawford, PA. Burial records indicate he was age 70 in
1957, but this is probably incorrect
as his father died in 1884 and his mother did not remarry until 1895.
According to Administration papers for Frederick J. Waelde, on file, Medina
County, Ohio, the widow and 2 children, Clara age 4 and baby yet unnamed, 16
days old were survivors. This would make Frank Waelde's birth date 13 Sep 1884. |
