John, Jr. transferred from New Garden Meeting to Menallen Meeting on 5/31/1755
and was a taxpayer in Menallen Township, York (now Adams) County in 1779-1783.
Died before his father's Will was written on 6/9/1787. Rebecca GRIFFITH and
John MICKLE Jr. had the following children:

Thomas Griffith dated 28 Feb 1826 lists "to Thomas Mickle only child of
my late sister."
Thomas also died in 1826, no will, Letters of Admin. filed 4/10/1826.

Jane MICKLE was born in 1775 in , York, PA. Probably died before 1826 as
the Thomas Griffith will lists her brother Thomas

Mickle as only child. She was married to Thomas BOWEN on 12 Mar 1783 in , ,
PA. Thomas BOWEN died in Apr 1812 in St. Clair Twp.,
Bedford, PA. Marriage record at Menallen Monthly Meeting indicates he was the
son of Thomas

In the name of God Amen.
I Thomas Bowen of St. Clair Township Bedford County State of Pennsylvania,
Being weak of Body but of perfect mind and memory and calling to mind the
Mortality of this Body do make and Ordain this as my Last Will and Testament
hereby Revoking and Disanulling all other Will or Wills by me Made, do
constitute and ordain this as my last Will and Testament.
Imprimis that is to say my Body to be Decently buried and funeral charges
first paid and all my Just Debts to be paid, By my Executors Hereafter to be
named--
Imprimis I order and direct that my Brothers and Sisters Namely, Rachel
Russell, Sarah Wilson, and William Bowen's Heirs namely Thomas Bowen & David
Bowen, Jonathan Bowen, Mary Fields, John Bowen and Lydia Mathers' Heirs to come
in for their Mothers Share, and the aforesaid Thomas Bowen & David Bowen
Heirs
of William Bowen to come in for their fathers Share. The aforementioned Heirs
are to have all my Estate both Real and personal equally divided Amongst them.
I likewise Constitute and ordain My Well Beloved Brother Jonathan Bowen &
